Hi everyone,
I have 2004 W2 but cant seem to find my tax return. I have 2003, 2005, 2006tax returns but not 2004. What can I do to get that return. Please any advice will be nice.

My lawyer only asked for the W2 ans tax returns for the last two years. I think the latest two to three years shall be sufficient unless USCIS asks for all specifically.
Are there any instructions specifically asking for W2s and returns for all years of your stay ? or every one is including all they have just to be safe.

My I-485 case is current right now. If I change my employer(whoever sponsored Green Card) to a new employer, what are the concequences? I want to do H1B transfer because I am not using EAD right now, should I file AC21 or not?

still going for VONAGE makes sense as I can call india without "minutes counter" ticking over my head. I may wait for Lingo offer as it is even cheaper and offers flexibility to call india from cell phone too.

I checked my status and it's been showing this for last 1 year..not sure what it means? Does it mean it has been pre-adjudicated? Please let me know if this is standard response once you submit RFE response. Thanks

You are funny....you should take the moral high ground only when you are on the right side...you gave morally/ethically repugnant suggestions and have "decided not to reply to any of the comments here"...very funny.
I do not condone the pathetic language folks here use including from sledge_hammer. You can make your arguments with civility. No need to call people "fools", "idiots", "stupids" etc. Shows your own under-confidence and lashing out at the wrong things/people.

if someone did give an option and you dont like it, why dont u give an alternative option rather than venting out uour anger.
No one is asking you how u feel or what is ethical and non-ethical..It seems that you are such an ethical guy who has not used a product and went ahead and returned it back to the store..If foreclosing is illegal let me know.. People here are giving pros and cons of doing a foreclosure.. i dont know if you own a house or not, and if you do.. dont know if you are having a perm job or a contract..I know so many people who own house and now they are in a fix because of housing market..I am not like other people who have already foreclosed..and btw.. why to blame the people and not the banks.. if i can own a house and pay mortgage which is quite same as a rent, i will better own a house and sell it after couple of years.. what is harm in that.. i may have mentioned about making profit by owning a house.. but i am not looking at becoming rich by living in a house for 2/3 years..Sledge_hammer and you are complaining all the way in the thread about people who are foreclosing or foreclosed.. but not spent your valuable time in letting people, reading the thread, know what are pros and cons of foreclosure and how it can affect 485..

THe reason USCIS is showing low numbers for the reason that , no one will then raise the question for recpature. Looking at the numbers they will say, O, the numbers are so low, whats the need for recapture and we will be left hanging cold and dry.

PD has no effect on filing a civil action as visa bulleting is changing every month. My friend in Oregon got I-485 approval after filing Wom even though his PD is not current on the latest visa bulletin.
I thought uscis generally followed 'first-in-first-out' rule. That is one reason I-485 receipt notices never show PD. Am I right?

I also did send a second set on August 16th.For me and family we have already got EADs,AP and AOS receipts and are all finger printed.
I have also requested stop payments on the August checks,and had addressed"not to be opened in Mailroom-for Center Director" Explained to disregard the second set if my earlier filing on July2nd has already been accepted for processing.So far no further info.Will keep fingers crossed and see what happens!

Finallly, my online status changed from "Initial review" -> "Document production" and also got email from Senator's office that my case is approved.
I think I got it....but not 100% sure yet...no approval emails yet... or no other proof.
