I have a same question regarding travel on existing AP when AP renewal is pending. According to the statement on the form, we can't travel.

We have several sprinkled threads on AP Renewals so this is an effort to create a thread which can capture all AP Renewal Questions & Concerns.
To begin with, i have posted the following question in one of the other AP-threads but did not get much response. So lets beging with clarifying this issue - Gurus please give your 2 cents on this aspect.

Yes, the same software was used that readily available in the interest of time. This website came up in the last week of December and we are improving it everyday as much as we can.
We have our own admin who is actually a volunteer of immigration voice. Most members here are members of immigration portal that joined hands after failure of regtrogression provisions in S 1932 on Dec 21.

Hi,
I am joining with Tek systems and they don't give as permanent position in offer letter rather just said contractor.. but I am full time with my current employer.
Do you think its going to be any problem from changing Full time to Contractor?
AC21 letter - wording is very important - the offer MUST be Permanant fulltime and the prospects for future employment must also be good - this is exactly what they request in a RFE or a NOID.
If your letter says it is temporary position, you will have issues.

We applied for my wife EAD/AP on June 7, 2010 (E-file)
Her EAD was approved in few weeks back but there is nothing on her AP.
Her LUD change was on 6/11/2010 when they issued the receipt.
We called USCIS and initiated SR. Still no change in LUD.
Infopass is not a great option for us (3 hour drive one way). Any help is appriciated.
(We used to have POJ trick for calling NSC IO directly,
Does it still work?
If yes, what are the steps?)

I recommend every one writing their own words rather than doing the copy/paste. If I were to recieve 10 emails with exactly the same content, it might make me feel like some ONE just sent 10 diff emails. IMHO, Its a good idea to write the gist of the story in your own words. Save it and use it for all the people in the media.

Yes, perhaps people don't post these type of investigations. If you have heard any N-400 issues (from your corporate position) about someone caused by leaving the petitioning employer soon after GC then let us know, otherwise it is one of the rarest of rare issues. My attorney clearly mentioned to me that he has seen no such issues in his long career when someone left the employer soon after.
Coming back to the AC21...if someone changes to a similar job after 180+ days after filing I-485 and informs USCIS of it and then gets a GC, there is no question of any wrongdoing. If USCIS wants to do their audit investigations I wouldn't care an iota about their investigations as long as I have the right paperwork with me.
Secondly in a non-AC21 case even if one leaves the job of the petitioning company immedaitely how does the intent become questionable when the person is working for the same company for several (5+) years. On the contrary it would be easy to prove the intent here.
I'm just curious as to how many postings you see on these boards where a persons case has been denied; DOL/USCIS has visited their home; their visa got cancelled by consultate when h-4 went for stamping; got caught in interview lying; DOL investigating companies, etc...
